Contract Conditions Contract Length Renewable one year contract subject to Indian DGCA approval. Monthly Payment TRE – US$9,500 per month TRI – US$9,000 per month Line Captain - US$8,000 per month Retention Bonus US$4,200 payable only upon completion of each 6 month period Flying Hours 80 hours/month aggregated over each 8 weeks duty period. Qualifications Following minimum qualifications are necessary:
TRE – 4,500 Total Hours including 1,250 hrs on type as PIC with a minimum of 50 hrs instructional experience on type.
TRI – 4,000 Total Hours including 1,000 hrs on type as PIC with a minimum of 50 hrs instructional experience on type.
Screening Process The Airline will be pay for all costs associated with short listed Crew Members attending a screening/selection process. The costs will include air tickets, ground transportation, accommodation, simulator and a per diem of US$50 while attending the screening process. Overtime Payment US$ 115 per hour over an 80 hours/month aggregated over each 8 weeks duty period from commencement of Flying Duties and each subsequent 8 weeks duty period. Base Mumbai Crew Roster Pilots will be scheduled on a 8 weeks ON 2 weeks OFF basis Leave 28 days paid leave in 12 months (pro-rated for any part of year). This includes the time off available to the Crew Member for renewing licenses, medicals and proficiency from the jurisdiction of the licensing authority of the crew member’s home country. This is to be taken in consultation with the Airline and the Crew Member.
Sick leave 10 days sick leave in 12 months Accommodation 1 bedroom at 5 star hotel will be provided. Travel Benefits Jet Airways shall make travel benefits available to the Crew Member and his qualifying family members, including ID travel, according to Jet Airways’ current policies Initial Travel The Airline shall arrange and pay for the costs of positive space economy class air tickets for the Crew Members’ travel from their Home Residence to the Base Residence at the beginning of the contract and from the Base Residence to their Home Residence at the completion of the Assignment Period. Excess Baggage Each Crew Member will be reimbursed the cost of excess baggage allowance of 50 kgs at commencement and termination of assignment. Taxation Jet Airways will be responsible for taxation in India Medical Insurance Provided by Rishworth Aviation

Как рассказал журналистам глава президентской администрации Оскар Кока, пилот должен быть "иностранным и опытным". В числе требований также налет не менее ста часов на самолете, аналогичном произведенному во Франции Dassault Falcon 900Ex. Нанятый на работу пилот также должен будет обучить управлению самолетом нескольких боливийцев, которые в будущем станут летать за его штурвалом. По словам Коки, для этого потребуется до восьми часов налета между взлетами и посадками. Глава администрации также объяснил, что новый Dassault Falcon 900Ex, приобретенный за 38,7 миллионов долларов, был застрахован за 250 тысяч долларов, и требование об опытном пилоте выдвинула страховая компания. Как напоминает агентство, новый самолет Моралеса изначально строился для английского футбольного клуба "Манчестер юнайтед", однако заказчик отказался его оплачивать. BUDGET carrier Cebu Pacific Air is hiring 75 pilots and 200 cabin crew and offering them high compensation to support its expansion in Asia, the airline said over the weekend.
"It is an exciting and fun time for the airline as it proceeds with its expansion plans and takes delivery of 20 more brand-new Airbus A320 aircraft from 2011-2014," vice president Candice Iyog said in a statement. "We look forward to welcoming more people into the Cebu Pacific family." The airline said it was looking to hire 75 Airbus and ATR pilots, 200 cabin crew, 10 mechanics and engineers, and 20 ground support crew.
The carrier took delivery of four new Airbuses from October 2010 to January 2011. It said it will have 37 aircraft with an average age of less than 2.5 years by the end of this year, and that it will have 16 more Airbus A320 aircraft between 2012 and 2014.
Iyog said Cebu Pacific had created over 4,000 jobs since its incorporation in 2006, and of those over 500 were made available last year. The airline had an annual payroll of over P2 billion, she said.
"We are proud to provide high-paying jobs to Filipinos and keep them close to their families," Iyog said. Applicants may attend the airline's recruitment event at the Hotel Intercontinental Manila on Feb. 11 to 12, she said. Cebu Pacific had earlier reported that passenger traffic rose 19 percent to 10.5 million in 2010, up 19 percent from 876,000 in 2009, as a result of a surge in its international operations.

Российские чиновники нашли возможность побороть дефицит летных кадров в России. Минтранс подготовило законопроект, предполагающий внесение в Воздушный кодекс изменений, разрешающих использование иностранных граждан в составе летных экипажей воздушных судов гражданской авиации. Но с одним ограничением: пилоты должны знать русский язык. Сейчас этот законопроект обсуждается на уровне профессионального сообщества.
Пока же Воздушный кодекс гласит: "В состав летного экипажа воздушного судна Российской Федерации, которое относится к коммерческой гражданской авиации, могут входить только граждане Российской Федерации". Хотя благодаря политике единого пространства самолеты в российских авиакомпаниях пилотируют уже несколько десятков граждан Белоруссии.
То, что надо срочно решать проблему дефицита летных кадров, стало ясно в ноябре прошлого года, когда из-за нехватки пилотов "Аэрофлот" был вынужден поставить на перрон восемь самолетов Airbus A320. Крупнейшие российские перевозчики потребовали снятия барьеров на отечественном рынке труда для иностранных специалистов. Это не решит всех проблем, но частично ситуацию разрядит.
Президент Ассоциации эксплуатации воздушного транспорта Евгений Чибирев говорит, что в "разблокировании" 36-й статьи Воздушного кодекса есть рациональное зерно, однако проблему дефицита пилотов эта мера не решит. "Это только один из шагов. Помочь может только развитие системы подготовки летных кадров, увеличение выпускников, профессионально готовых к выполнению полетов. Универсального средства нет, есть большой набор средств, которые надо использовать", - отмечает он.
В крупнейших российских авиакомпаниях, таких как "Аэрофлот" и UTair, уже успели ознакомиться с предложениями Минтранса. Ввиду острой нехватки летных кадров там положительно оценивают эту инициативу, но не видят необходимости в требованиях, предъявляемых к знанию иностранными гражданами русского языка. Перевозчики считают, что это ограничит допуск российских компаний на мировые рынки труда летного персонала, обладающего более качественным опытом.
